Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Free local delivery is available for orders over 3000 EGP within Cairo & Giza. For orders under 2000 EGP.
Your Shipping Rates will be:
Cairo / Giza : 50 EGP
Alex : 100 EGP
Delta : 100 EGP
Canal: 100 EGP
Upper Egypt, Red Sea & Matrouh: 125 EGP

Note: No free delivery outside Cairo & Giza.

Deliveries are made from 10 am - 6 pm on weekdays excluding Friday and Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
